1. General Sportsbook Bonus Rules
1.1 Players must have a valid and verified real-money account to be eligible for bonuses.
1.2 We reserve the right to restrict bonus eligibility to one per computer, family, household address, or email address. Additional limitations may be imposed for accounts originating from shared environments such as university campuses, hotels, or workplaces.
1.3 Unless explicitly mentioned in the specific terms and conditions, you can use bonuses in conjunction with other bonuses available in your account. In such cases, the bonus money and the associated wagering requirements for each bonus are accumulated together.
1.4 Unless otherwise specified, the bonus will expire 30 days after it has been claimed.
1.5 When you claim a bonus, your funds will be utilized in the following order:
- - any deposited funds (real money funds),
- bonus funds, and
- any remaining funds.
1.6 Bonus funds placed into your bonus balance are kept separate from your real money balance.
1.7 When a bonus is claimed, the real money balance, the bonus balance, and all winnings generated from play during active bonus wagering requirements will remain as bonus funds. Such funds are subject to the following restrictions until the wagering requirements are fulfilled:
- - Funds are not withdrawable; and
- Funds are not available to be played on other products.
1.8 If you do not meet the required wagering requirements, forfeit an active Bonus for any reason, or let the bonus expire, it may result in the forfeiture of all winnings obtained from your Bonus balance during the wagering period. Furthermore, attempting to withdraw funds prior to completing the full Bonus wagering requirement may lead to the forfeiture of both the Bonus and any related winnings.
1.9 At any time, players can forfeit or cancel their bonus amount and withdraw any remaining balance from their real money funds.
1.10 All Bonuses offered by our brand are subject to applicable wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus expires. Only after completing the wagering requirements can the bonus amount and/or any winnings obtained from wagering the bonus balance be withdrawn.
1.11 To satisfy the minimum bonus wager requirement, the following rule applies: The odds for each bet must be 1.8 or higher in order to be considered. Bets with odds lower than 1.8 will not contribute to the wagering requirement. Additionally, every individual bet should be placed on an event that has three or more potential outcomes. If the bonus amount is distributed across multiple bets, each bet must be placed on distinct markets. For instance, you can place different bet types on one fixture or choose one bet type on different fixtures.
1.12 For bonuses up to 100%, the wagering requirement is 16 times the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. However, for bonuses equal to or exceeding 101%, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount, unless specified differently.
1.13 Each eligible bet you place will contribute towards reducing your bonus wagering requirement by 100% of the bet amount placed.
1.14 Bets placed while wagering the bonus are subject to specific bonus conditions. It is not permissible to place single bets that are equal to or exceed 15% or more of the user's initial bonus balance until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Bets may be voided after the event has been settled.
1.15 In order for a deposit to qualify for a specific promotion (bonus), it must be made at once as a single transaction. Multiple deposits do not qualify.
1.16 If your reward (bonus) has not been credited in a timely manner, please contact our support via Live Chat to have them manually added.
1.17 At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to amend or modify the terms of any bonus or promotion and/or suspend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
1.18 We reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by violating our general terms and conditions, general bonus rules, specific promotional terms, or engaging in any fraudulent activities.
1.19 We reserve the right to decline bets from any player, at any time, without providing a specific reason. Bets may be rejected or canceled if they are placed by a player residing in a country that is not accepted by us.
1.20 Winnings of bets are distributed once the event concludes and the result(s) is officially determined. We retain the right to modify betting limits, payout limits, bonuses, and promotions at our discretion and at any time.
1.21 If, at our sole discretion, we identify that a player is engaging in or attempting to engage in bad faith practices in relation to any promotion or bonus, we possess the absolute right to terminate the player's account and/or withhold funds in their account. Furthermore, we reserve the right to forfeit any awarded bonuses, promotional benefits, and associated winnings. Examples of such bad faith practices include but are not limited to:
- - Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Exploiting technical or system errors for personal gain.
- Bonus manipulation by engaging in the practice of increasing the balance and then significantly changing the gaming pattern (bet, game type, bet structure, or other patterns of betting) to fulfil any wagering requirements or any bonus.
- Bonus extension abuse: While it is generally allowed to use bonuses in conjunction with other bonuses in your account in accordance with clause 1.3, we consider it abuse if we notice that the player is excessively utilizing this possibility solely for the purpose of extending previously unplayed bonuses. If we observe repeated instances of bonus extension abuse, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the forfeiture of the bonuses and associated winnings obtained through this practice.
- Active participation in multiple brands within our group by placing identical bets on the same events, or engaging in counterbetting, is strictly forbidden. We consider this behavior to be fraudulent and abusive. Any individual found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, and any associated winnings or funds may be forfeited. We reserve the right to take legal action against those involved in such activities, as well as to share relevant information with third-party regulatory authorities, if necessary. - - Breaching any other terms and conditions stated in our policies.
Please note that these examples are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action against any player found engaging in any form of bad faith practices, as determined by our discretion.

2. Bonus Types
2.1 Welcome Bonus
2.1.1 The Welcome Bonus is only available for new players with a unique account.
2.1.2 The desired Welcome Bonus can be chosen from the time of registration, the available bonuses may change.
2.1.3 A Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once.

2.1.5 All requirements, including any specific promotional requirements, must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.
2.2 Deposit Bonuses
2.2.1 Occasionally, deposit bonuses may be offered to you. These bonuses are awarded as a percentage of your qualifying deposit, up to a specified value mentioned in the promotion.
2.2.2 All Deposit bonuses are bound by general bonus rules and minimum wagering requirements, details of which can be found under the General Sportsbook Bonus Rules section.
2.2.3 All requirements, including any specific promotional requirements, must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.
2.3 Real Money
2.3.1 Occasionally, you may receive offers of real money.
2.3.2 All real money rewards are provided without any additional wagering requirements or limitations, but in order to be eligible for withdrawal, any real money claimed must be turned over at least once the amount of real money claimed. This turnover requirement ensures that the real money is used for gameplay purposes before it can be withdrawn.
2.3.3 The terms and conditions specific to real money will be provided and outlined in the promotional campaign. These specific terms will detail the rules and requirements regarding the use of real money in the promotion.
2.4 Cashback (Money-Back)
2.4.1 Cashback offers may be provided to you periodically, defined by a specific percentage up to a specified value as stated in the relevant promotion. The validity of the Cashback offer will be determined in the relevant promotion.
2.4.2 Cashback applies exclusively to net losses incurred in sports games.
2.4.3 To access the Cashback, you must claim it. Once claimed, the Cashback will be credited to your player account.
2.4.4 All Cashback offers are provided without any additional wagering requirements but in order to be eligible for withdrawal, any Cashback claims must be turned over at least once the amount of Cashback received. This turnover requirement ensures that the Cashback money is used for gameplay purposes before it can be withdrawn.

2.5 Free Bonuses
2.5.1 If you have received a Free Bonus (No Deposit Bonus), the maximum amount of winnings that can be converted into real money upon fulfilling the wagering requirements is limited to 10 times the bonus amount.
2.5.2 All Free bonuses are bound by general bonus rules and minimum wagering requirements, details of which can be found under the General Sportsbook Bonus Rules section.
2.5.3 To claim your winnings and verify your account, a deposit must have been made within the last 60 or 30 days after claiming the winnings.
2.5.4 In the event that the winnings from any remaining free bonus exceeds the maximum withdrawable amount, said excess winnings shall be forfeited if a withdrawal request is made. Furthermore, if the remaining winnings, which exceed the maximum withdrawable amount, are retained in the account balance and a withdrawal request is made using the maximum withdrawable amount, such withdrawal request shall be deemed forfeit and adjusted to the allowed amounts.
3. Bet Validity
3.1 A bet becomes valid only when it is accepted and is visible in the player account's bet history. Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be withdrawn by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify that all bet details are accurate before placing them.
3.2 The dates and times of events displayed are provided as guidance. Bets can be placed until the advertised start time. If a bet is mistakenly accepted after an event has already begun, the selection(s) will be voided.
4. Bet Cancellation
4.1 We reserve the right to void, either fully or partially, a bet under the following circumstances:
- - Any bet settled with odds of 1.00.
- Bets that have been offered, placed, or accepted in error.
- Bets placed during technical faults on the website.
- Results that have been influenced by direct or indirect criminal actions.
- Significant changes in the odds of a bet due to a public announcement.
- Bets placed at incorrect prices caused by delayed or failed 'Live' coverage.
- Bets placed on odds that represent a score other than the actual outcome.
